In August 2008 the student email system moved to the Microsoft’s Live@edu email system. Some students may experience difficulty with logging on for the first time and may have to reset their password.
To reset their password students should go to the following link: <https://www.monroecc.edu/go/semail/account_tools.htm> Click on: Reset Password
If the student continues to have problems logging on to their email account they can go to: Brighton Campus – Room 3-139A (the Photo ID Office) or at the Damon City Campus the Campus Center, 5-floor, Room 5251 (next to the elevators).
