The national date for Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work program is set for April 26th, 2012. This program is all about teamwork, working together with faculty, staff, and students, as mentors, parents, and educators. The national theme for this year is” Build Opportunity: 20 Years of Education, Empowerment, Experience” with the age range for attendees being from 8 – 18.
We are reaching out to see if anyone would be willing to present a program for 45-50 minute session(s). A few examples of past sessions that have taken place are: Being a DJ for a Day, Create Your own Superhero, Growing with the Future, Spring Time Tea Time, and Create Your Own Publicity.
