As a reminder, MCC’s College-Wide Open House for prospective students and parents is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Last year, over 1,000 students and parents attended this important college-wide recruitment event. We need everyone’s participation to make this event a success again this year.
Several departments have already sent in their RSVP. If your department has not sent in their RSVP, please do so as soon as possible.
We need more volunteers to conduct campus tours and to staff the Information Booth at the Open House.
Each campus tour volunteer will be provided with a specific written tour route that is easy to follow. Students and parents respond positively when faculty and staff engage them in a campus tour.
The Information Booth will serve as a check point to direct students and parents to information tables, workshops, or a specific campus location.
