Motorists should plan to allow extra time to travel Rt. 390 between Scottsville
Road and Winton Road beginning Tuesday, Sept. 10 for approximately three weeks,
pending favorable weather conditions. NYSDOT is overseeing a microsurfacing
project to seal and preserve the pavement on all lanes in both directions.
All work will be done during the daylight hours including evenings and
weekends. Traffic will be restricted to two open lanes between 9 a.m. and 4
p.m. on weekdays. All lanes will be open during rush hours. Lanes may be
reduced to one on Saturdays and Sundays.
The ramps to Routes 15 and 15A will not be paved as part of this project.
Traffic plans have been arranged to keep ramps open at all times.
