MCC's Hospitality Department hosts the 2018 American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year Competition.
The Hospitality Department hosted the 2018 ACF (American Culinary Federation) Chef of the Year Competition on Monday April 16th. Local Chefs participated in a juried professional culinary competition, competing for recognition as the Rochester Chapter ACF Chef of the Year. Chef Chris Roth from Oak Hill Country Club took first place (see attached images, including the winning plate).
Prior to the start of the competition, the Hospitality Department Culinary students prepared an hors d'oeuvre reception for a meet & greet with local industry professionals and ACF members.
The event was a huge success!
