EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO:
The Conferences and Events Office staff now have emergency numbers to contact them.  Please use in the following order:

First – during the office hours contact the Conferences and Events office at any of their four extensions.

Second – after office hours or on weekends use direct connect contact numbers.  If this option is not available to you contact the Conferences and Events office through the cell phone numbers.

OFFICE HOURS:
The Conferences and Events Office has extended their hours to meet the growing needs of the college. 
* Mondays 8am – 4pm
* Tuesdays 8am – 5pm
* Wednesdays 8am – 5pm
* Thursdays 8am – 6pm
* Fridays 8am – 4pm

TOURS:
If you would like to schedule a tour of event space, please contact the Conferences and Events Office.  We will take your name and number and add you to a list.  When we have several names we will set up a tour and contact you to join us. 

ASSISTANCE IN FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION:
We have a Microsoft Word document that can be e-mailed to you and/or we can meet to assist with filling out the application. 

APPLICATION:
Due to several revisions of the Conferences and Events Facility Usage Brighton Campus Application we are amending the application to include a revised date.  Upon completion of our next revision we will only accept the most updated application which you will note by the date in the upper left hand corner.  We anticipate the application to be completed and ready for distribution by November 18th, 2005. Any application received after this date will need to be the new application.  We will return your form and ask you to fill out a new one if it is on an old application.  If you would like a stack of ten applications delivered to your office after this date please send an e-mail to Yolanda Johnson.  For additional applications they will be posted to the M Drive and our Web page. 

The Conferences and Events Brighton Application can now be obtained on the M drive at M:\Offices\Shared\Conferences and Events\Brighton Application.
