Jeffrey Bartkovich, vice president of Educational Technology Services, was interviewed for an article featured in the current issue of Business Officer Magazine. The article, entitled “Paving the Way,” addresses how campus staff can “smooth the road” for students with disabilities and increase their degree completion success rate. The article quotes Bartkovich on MCC’s use of multiple delivery modes by service offices to meet the unique differences of students in the completion of applications, forms, and workshop participation.
