This morning a colleague and I delivered the short-term attendance rosters to all department secretaries.These are all the courses that have a nontraditional start and end date. ALL I AM REQUESTING IS THAT YOU BUBBLE IN ONLY THE STUDENTS THAT NEVER ATTENDED THESE COURSES. (01/01). Also you are not able to use the MAT screen, only the paper copy to report the information. Please read your memo first before filling out the forms. I am just a little paranoid having just checked the attendance sheets for the full-term courses that were just handed in. Paranoid might be a little mild: suicidal might be better. If you happen to get a sheet for a course that has not started yet hold on to it until you can determine who never attended then send it back to me. Just for your information there will be one more distribution for LATE START courses around the first of November. Then we'll get a break. Thanks for all your help. Ginger
