Skunk Hour -- featuring new poetry and drama by Scott Rudd and Maria Brandt

This Friday, May 2nd Scott Rudd and Maria Brandt, two of our brightest talents in the English/Philosophy Department, will read new works of poetry and drama at noon in room 6-333.  In this end-of-semester haze, allow yourselves to take a break; join us for this special Skunk Hour.

Skunk Hour, a Creative Reading Series originated by Barbara Lovenheim and Tony Leuzzi and sponsored by the English/Philosophy Department, is now officially part of the College-Wide Creative Arts Committee Activities. This reading series showcases the creative and academic talents of faculty and staff on the Damon and Brighton campuses, and provides the College-wide community of students, faculty, and staff, with a simple but effective venue for bringing commitment, vitality, and visibility to the arts. The title, "Skunk Hour" comes from a Robert Lowell poem of the same name.
