Native American Spokesperson Ward Churchill to Speak on Nov. 6


The Holocaust Genocide Studies Project's 2002-2003 Distinguished Lecture Series continues with Professor Ward Churchill who will present "Genocide by any other name: Holocaust and Denial in America-1492 to the Present" on Nov. 6 at 7:00 pm in the MCC Theatre.

In addition to being a professor of ethnic studies at the University of Colorado, Churchill is an author/editor, spokesperson and activist for Native Americans. He has given over 400 public addresses, from political rallies to the United Nations. He also received the University of Colorado's distinguished Thomas Jefferson Award for Outstanding Civil Contributions.

The presentation is part of the annual Kristallnacht program and is free and open to the public.
