The League’s 2003 Conference on Information Technology will be held in Milwaukee October 19-22, 2003. Registration material is now available online at HYPERLINK "https://www.league.org/2003cit/reg" www.league.org/2003cit/reg
Early registration deadline is September 19. As a League Board member, MCC’s group registration rate will be $250 (or $300 if we have fewer then 9 participants). In order to qualify for the group rate, all registrations MUST be submitted together.
Please follow these steps:
1. Print out the registration form (online registrations are not eligible for group discounts) and after getting departmental approval, submit your Prior Approval Form for Travel & Conference Expenses and your completed registration form to Dr. Susan Salvador, MCC’s League Representative.
2. If you are a presenter, please state the title of your presentation under “Purpose of Travel.” Presenters are eligible to have the College cover $500 of their expenses, and Dr. Salvador will initial her approval on your Prior Approval Form. (You should charge $500 of the total expense to Department 2 on the Prior Approval Form.)
3. Dr. Salvador’s office will forward your material to the Controller’s Office for processing. To meet the early submission deadline of September 19, paperwork must be submitted to Dr. Salvador by September 8.
