Yes, Grilled Cheese Month is a real thing, and we have you covered in Food for Thought. Just think, an entire month devoted to the wonder that is two slices of buttered bread with cheese, all grilled to melted perfection. For the next two weeks our specialty grilled cheese is cheddar, bacon and tomato; of course, regular grilled cheese is always available for the more traditional. In the middle of the month, our specialty grilled cheese will switch up. Stay tuned! As always, our student run restaurant is ready to serve dine in or take out from 11:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Monday- Thursday.
