The Banquet and Event Planning Class invites you to join them and celebrate Mardi Gras on Wednesday evening November 7th in Monroe A at 5pm. This event has been planned by the class and they are excited to invite the MCC community to enjoy the result of their hard work. Authentic Cajun and Creole Dishes, Café AuLait, Beignets, Calas and King Cake are a few of the dishes that will be prepared by the hospitality students. You don’t want to miss the Crepe station featuring bananas foster with vanilla ice cream. Please join us for a fun-filled evening.
