Check out MCC's Chef Brinkman this week on R News. The Getaway Guy is running a three-part series on the Thousand Islands <<https://www.rnews.com/Story_2004.cfm?ID=49605&rnews_story_type=11>>. He's already featured the region, and talked about the Park, then next week he'll visit the historic Wellesley Hotel, where Chef Brinkman owns and manages the restaurant. The fine-dining establishment operates through the summer and when cool nips the air, Chef returns to MCC to teach some of our culinary courses.
