"Locals are nervously watching Sudan referendum results"

Catholic Courier reporter Amy Kotlarz attended author Linda Sue Park’s presentation at MCC’s Damon City Campus in preparation for her article “Locals are nervously watching Sudan referendum results.” Hosted by the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project in cooperation with Creative Arts, English/Philosophy and the Division of Liberal Arts, the event promoted Park’s latest work, “A Long Walk to Water,” a book based on the life of MCC alumnus Salva Dut.

Kotlarz’s article includes an interview with Park and MCC Assistant Professor Angelique Stevens.
