IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FACULTY AND STAFF PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE THURSDAY, JUNE 2 CONVOCATION CEREMONY.
TIME: All faculty and staff should gather in the assembly area at 1:00 p.m. Please be on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m.
ASSEMBLY: Building 12, Room 129 (This will be a secured area where you may leave jackets, purses, etc.).
ATTIRE: All faculty and staff are requested to wear academic gowns.
SEATING: Marshals will guide all faculty and staff to the proper areas.
RECEPTION: The reception will be held in Monroe A & B, located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center.
