An On-location Course & Trip to Germany and the Czech Republic - April 2014


It’s not too early to start planning for the spring break of 2014. The World Languages & Cultures and Anthropology/History/Political Science/Sociology Departments invite you to join us in April 2014 for an unforgettable 10-day study tour focusing on the government, politics, history and culture of Europe.

DATES: April 11 to April 20, 2014 (Spring Recess – exact dates to be confirmed)

ITINERARY: Munich, Nuremberg, Dresden, Berlin and Prague, with visits to the Deutsches Museum in Munich, St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague, Checkpoint Charlie Museum in Berlin and more.

COST: $ 3,500 including all taxes and fees.

PRICE INCLUDES:           
Round-trip airfare from Rochester, hotels with private facilities, breakfast daily and three (3) dinners, entrance to listed visits, sightseeing tours with professional local guides and full-time bilingual tour director. 

Participants in this tour must enroll in Political Science (POS) 280, either for credit or as an audit, in the spring semester 2014. Register in the tour now and set up monthly payments without interest or surcharges until March 2014. The sooner you enroll, the smaller the monthly payment will be. The registration fee and all inclusive insurance coverage (medical, cancellation, baggage loss) are included in the price quoted above. The last day to enroll in this tour is December 20th, 2013.
