The Student Services Staff Development Committee, co-chaired by Jodi Oriel (Campus Center) and Stacey Pierce (Residence Life), hosted the "Desperate Parents" forum facilitated by Sally Dingee from Counseling and Advising and Pam Miller and Rebecca Mack from the Career Center. The focus of the discussion was handling the concerns of the millenial "helicopter" parents who are trying to stay connected with their children, our students; and assisting them with the transition to college.
