Congratulations go out to Carmen Gonzalez and Fancy VanHoose. They are the first recipients of the newly established Integrated Learning Center at Damon City Campus Pursuit of Excellence Award. Carmen and Fancy were recognized during MCC's 24th Annual Student Awards Banquet for their commitment to academic achievement as demonstrated by their consistent and varied use of the ILC's tutors and other resources. Fancy's use of the ILC far exceeds those of any student at Damon. Between September and April, she visited the ILC approximately 231 times for a total of 18,761 total minutes spent studying in the ILC during the 2005-2006 school year!
