Configuring Apple Laptops for connecting to MCC's secured wireless network: MCC-Crypto

On your laptop click the wireless icon in the upper right and click "Join Other Network"

On the "Find and join a "Wi-Fi" network" screen enter the following:

Network Name: MCC-Crypto    note: Make sure to enter it exactly as seen in the image below. The name is case sensitive.
Security: WPA2 Enterprise
Username: Enter your full MCC student email address
Password: Enter your MCC student email password

Click "Join"

You will now be prompted to Verify the Certificate
Ensure the server listed is *
Click "Continue"

Your Apple laptop will now be connected to MCC's encrypted wireless network.

The connection uses DHCP, if your laptop is set to a static DNS or WINS it will not connect.
Your network password must be in good standing. Expired passwords will not allow connection.
