Office365 for MCC Students

Current MCC Students can install up to five (5) instances of Microsoft Office 365 as part of their MCC experience.

If you already have a version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer, follow part 1 
"Uninstalling Office". Otherwise, skip ahead to part 2, "Installing Office"

Uninstalling Microsoft Office

You can uninstall Office from Programs and Features in Control Panel
Follow the steps below for Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7:
Go to Control Panel.
 *  In Windows 10, right-click Start, and choose Control Panel.

   *        In Windows 8, on the Start screen, type Control Panel, and select Control Panel in the search results.

 *  In Windows 7 or Vista, choose Start -> Control Panel.

Choose Programs -> Programs and Features.

Choose the Office application you want to uninstall, and choose Uninstall.

Repeat if you see multiple Office products in the list that you want to uninstall.

Installing Office365

 Log into your MCC student email & click "Office365" in the upper left.

The default "Install Office 2016" link will install the 32bit version of MS Office.
If you want the 64bit version, click "Other Installs"
Click the Install button to begin downloading and installation.

After clicking install, your web browser will save the file.
Launch the file from your browser

Make sure to keep your computer connected to internet and powered on for the duration of the install (up to 1 hour).
