FOREIGN LANGUAGE:
Geneseo requires an intermediate level foreign language (103), or four
(4) units of same language in high school through Level IV, and one year
beyond the Regents exam, and a grade of 85% or better on the Regents exam.
Or,
a score of 4 or better on the advanced placement examination
in a foreign language, or equivalent coursework with a minimum grade of
C- transferred from another college.
NOTE:
For Education Majors only, American Sign Language (ASL)can be taken to
fulfill the Foreign Language requirement . Geneseo does not offer Intermediate

Transfer) A.A. (EE01) will be the degree student is audited against and
