NOTE: UB course
END 120 and END 212 (or equivalent) are pre-requisite courses required
in order to be accepted into the UB Environmental Design program. See Advisement
and Transfer Services for cross-registration information.
Meet with Rebecca Mack in Advisement and Transfer Services in your first
semester to outline courses in order to assure pre-requisites are completed
before transferring.
Students are
encouraged to schedule an Advisor in Residence appointment with a UB representative
for a detailed academic evaluation and transfer information. Contact MCC
Advisement and Transfer Services for dates and times.
NOTE: Keep
copies of your work from the courses you take at MCC to incorporate with
the UB Curriculum Capstone portfolio requirement. We suggest that you archive
them in google.docs or dropbox.
NOTE: AP, IB,
CLEP, HIGH SCHOOL DUAL CREDIT COURSES, ONLINE COURSES: Credits showing
as accepted at MCC may not be transferable. Students should meet with a
representative of the four year college or the MCC Advisement and Transfer
Services to determine if those credits are transferable.
NOTE:
Two courses of a 200 level are required and must be met for graduation.
Make sure you choose an additional 200 level course.
2.5 GPA required
for continuation at UB in the Environmental Design major. Must also
meet all requirements for admission to UB as defined in your dual admission
letter from UB.
NOTE: The
University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning requires a minimum
pre-requisite GPA of 2.50 and a minimum overall GPA of 2.50 for admission
to and to enter the junior year design workshops of the Environmental Design
B.A. Contingent upon admission to the Environmental Design B.A. and junior
year class rank, the program is completed in 2 academic years (students
complete 6 credit hours of core design workshops each semester over 4 academic

Requirements
for all UB 2+2 PROGRAMS: Matriculated, Continuous, Full Time Enrollment
(12 or more credit hours).
The Liberal Arts
A.S. (LA04) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from
MCC.
