*A minimum grade of C is necessary in all required nursing courses for continued matriculation in the program.
#Grades for BIO 143, 144, 145, and 202 must be no more than seven years old for the grade to be considered when the applicant is accepted for admission into the nursing program.
## MTH requirement must be fulfilled prior to beginning NUR 112 course. Eligibility to take the math requirement for the Nursing program during the first semester may make it necessary to plan for additional math courses prior to admission. Please speak to an advisor to discuss an appropriate sequence. LPNs seeking admission with advanced standing must have already completed the MTH requirement at time of admission.
###Any 3 credit course listed as fulfilling MCC General Education Requirements for Arts and Humanities (MCC-AH) is acceptable.

NOTE: Upon official acceptance to the College, students must apply to the Wegman's School of Nursing to pursue the professional component (clinical). Students will be directed to the online clinical application upon official acceptance to SJF. The clinical application, along with supporting documentation, must be submitted by March 1st deadline for fall (September start) applicant; July 1 clinical application deadline for spring (January start) applicant.
NOTE: Nursing prerequisite courses; BIO 117 or 217, BIO 144, 145, 202; CHE 124 or 151; MTH 160; PSY 212; Students admitted to the junior clinical year must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.4 for the combined seven nursing prerequisite courses (calculated on all attempts at all colleges). In addition, a grade of 'C' or higher is required in each prerequisite course.
NOTE: The MCC Nursing program must be completed within five years of matriculation.
A grade of 'C' required in all Nursing courses for continued matriculation. No student may progress to the next nursing course level without successful completion of all courses in previous level.
A student who fails to achieve a 'C' in the fourth semester Nursing course will be ineligible for graduation.

NOTE: AP, IB, CLEP, HIGH SCHOOL DUAL CREDIT COURSES, ONLINE COURSES: Credits showing as accepted at MCC may not be transferable. Students should meet with a representative of the four year college or the MCC Advisement and Transfer Services to determine if those credits are transferable.

Requirements for all St. John Fisher 2+2 Programs: Matriculated, Continuous, Full Time Enrollment (12 or more credit hours)
The Liberal Arts A.S. (LA04) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from MCC.
