 2.5 GPA required for continuation at Brockport in the Social Work major. Admission to Brockport's Social Work Program is available only in the Fall (full time) semester. Please Note: Students must submit two faculty letters of recommendation and complete a secondary application form for the Department of Social Work during their 3rd semester.

Requirements for all Brockport 2+2 Programs: Matriculated, Continuous, Full Time Enrollment (12 or more credit hours)
The Human Services A.S. (HU10) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from MCC.
