January TCC Conversation

IMPORTANT!  Save the date.
Please mark your calendars for this important college-wide event.

Who:    All faculty, administration, and professional staff
When:  Friday, January 9th from 9 until noon
Where: Monroe A and B
What:   Last spring the Teaching and Creativity Center (TCC) responded to faculty needs by providing programming themed How to Find Balance in Our Complex Environment.  Theseconversations and a June college-wide event highlighted a number of recurring issues: work load management and teaching effectiveness.  An engaged collaboration between faculty and administrators may promote meaningful change.  TCC would like to sponsor the first step in this process.  We propose a conversation between faculty and administration, a brainstorming session to address these complex challenges.  Be part of the conversation that will help us recapture our personal/professional balance.

Please contact TCC Co-chairs Bill Dunning wdunning@monroecc.edu  or Karen Coffey kcoffey@monroecc.edu with questions.
