The Division of Academic Services is proud to share the Annual Highlights Report for 2010-2011. The 2010-2011 year was filled with a wide range of academic initiatives, dynamic classroom innovations, and campus-wide activities. This report highlights only a small sample of the creative, collaborative, and essential work of those within the Academic Services division. This report is divided into the seven strategic directions of the College’s Strategic Plan and details selected outcomes from goals in these key areas over the past academic year. These efforts are indicative of the hard work of the faculty and staff and the divisions responsiveness to the community that we serve. More than ever before, the community is dependent upon us to educate, train, and re-train our citizens for an ever-changing world. We pride ourselves on meeting that demand with talented faculty and staff and by providing meaningful opportunities for our students. We continue to meet our mission of student success powered by the energy and commitment of the faculty and staff of Academic Services in collaboration with Administrative Services, Educational Technology Services, Student Services, and the President’s Office.
