MCC’s 2+2 Dual Admission Programs provide
guaranteed admission for high school students to one of 20 four-year
colleges, upon successful completion of an MCC degree. Applicants should
have a minimum high school average of 85 in a college preparatory program
and completion of specific program entrance requirements. 2+2 students
are encouraged to enroll in Honors and Writing Intensive courses.
Monroe Community College participates
in the Cross-Registration Program as a member of the
Rochester Area Colleges, Inc. (RAC). This program allows full-time matriculated
students to register for a course at another RAC college or university
on a space-available basis. Students may register only for courses that
are not offered at MCC during the semester and only after the students
at the other institution have completed their registration. There is
no tuition charge for Cross-Registration providing
the student is a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours) at MCC.
Further details, information and forms regarding the Cross-Registration
Program are available in the Records and Registration Office.
