Monroe Advantage
- MCC designed the Monroe Advantage program specifically for high school
juniors and seniors. Students accepted
into the program take MCC courses and earn college credit while still
in high school.
- Students who take courses through the Monroe
Advantage program receive the same academic credit as any other MCC
student. This credit can be counted toward a degree at MCC, and is transferable
to other colleges and universities nationwide. Many students apply to
the Monroe Advantage program to get a head start on college, complete
required classes before entering college, and learn more about a particular
subject that interests them but is not taught in high school.
