Fast-Track Associate's Degree

Get on the Fast Track…
Complete Your Associate’s Degree Even Sooner

MCC’s fast-Track Associate’s Degree Program

If you want to continue your career while you earn your degree more quickly, there’s an innovative alternative – MCC’s Fast-Track degree program for working adults.

The Fast-Track program lets you complete an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts within three years or less while attending on a part-time basis. Students attend MCC one evening and one Saturday (half day) per week each semester during fall and spring. Saturday classes are ‘fast-tracked’ into two eight-week sessions. Each session meets for 32 hours instead of 45 hours and features more out-of-class guided independent learning. Students agree to take nine credit hours per semester until your final summer, when eight credit hours are required.

Courses offered on Saturday have been pre-selected by the College. However, students are free to take a course of their choice (that meets degree requirements) during the week. Although one Summer Session is required, you may substitute an Intersession course instead.
