What is the MCC Association?
The MCC Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1962 for the purpose of providing administrative and financial support for co-curricular programming, i.e., athletic teams, clubs and organizations, etc., as well as to provide vital services to enrich student life.  It makes this possible by collecting and managing student life fees and disbursing them as agreed upon by a Board of Directors, which includes several members of the student body.

How do I benefit from my student life fees if I do not participate in co-curricular activities?
Students benefit in a variety of ways even if they do not participate directly in a club, organization or athletic team.  Your student life fees support and produce a student newspaper, support an on-campus radio station (WMCC), and allow you to purchase discounted movie tickets, cash checks, and watch a theater production performed by MCC students.  You also have the opportunity to be a spectator for many top athletic teams, including national championship women’s soccer and women’s basketball teams.  And don’t forget, your student ID is also a benefit of your student life fees, as well as our e-mail help desk services.
