Tribune hockey defeats Mercyhurst

ERIE, Penn. - The MCC hockey team picked up another win, defeating the Mercyhurst Club team 6-2 Friday evening.

Dan Turgeon (Centennial, CO/Cherokee Trail), Zach Lewis (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee), and Bobby Thomaris (Elmira, NY/Elmira Notre Dame) each had a goal and an assist to pace the Tribunes (10-1).

Rasmus Nilsson (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Elof Lindalvs) made 26 saves in goal for Monroe.

Erich Haney (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee), David Roberts (Brockport, NY/Brockport), and Brandon Kirchens (Chicago, IL/wheeling) all added one goal apiece.
