Tribune hockey routs Mohawk Valley

ROCHESTER - The MCC hockey team moved to 3-0 with a resounding 19-4 victory over Mohawk Valley CC Tuesday.

Chris Rinaldi (Sterling Heights, MI/Lake Shore) had three goals and one assist and Zach McDonald (Billings, MT/Skyview) added a hat trick for the Tribunes. 

The 19 goals were the fourth-most scored in a single game in MCC history.  Monroe outshot Mohawk 77-13 on the night.

David Roberts (Brockport, NY/Brockport) and Daniel Turgeon (Centennial, CO/Cherokee Trail) chipped in with two goals and two assists apiece.

TJ Reilley (Rome, NY/Rome Free) and Bobby Thomaris (Elmira, NY/Elmira Notre Dame) both scored twice, while Zach Lewis (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) handed out four assists.  Rick Hennard (Detroit, MI/Royal Oak) made nine saves in goal.
