Men's lax stops Alfred State
ALFRED, NY - The seventh-ranked MCC men's lacrosse team picked up a big Region III victory Thursday, defeating host Alfred State 17-6 to improve to 6-4 on the season.
Matt McShea (Henrietta, NY/Rush-Henrietta) had another big game in the cage for the Tribunes. The freshman goalie stopped 32 shots to help the MCC defense hold the Pioneers at bay.
Dan Hinderland (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas) led the attack with four goals and one assist. Jake Fricano (Fairport, NY/Fairport) added three goals and one helper.
