MCC drops two over weekend
TOLEDO, OH - The MCC men's soccer team suffered a pair of defeats over the weekend.
The Tribunes (4-6-1) fell to Owens Community College 4-2 on Saturday and Schoolcraft College 3-0 on Sunday. Both games were played at Owens.
MCC got both of its goals against OCC via the penalty kick. Mike Collis (Brooklyn, NY/Paul Robeson) and Kareem Howard (Queens, NY/Hillcrest) each converted PK's for the Tribunes.
Monroe couldn't solve the Schoolcraft defense during Sunday's game. MCC 's next game is Saturday, Oct. 17 at 2 pm. at home against Herkimer CCC.
