Men's soccer tops Massasoit
BROCKTON, MA - The MCC men's soccer team raised its winning streak to five games over the weekend, defeating host Massasoit CC 2-1.
The game was a rematch of last year's district semifinal, which Monroe also won by a score of 2-1.
Stephen Coke (Bronx, NY/Taft) and Faton Emerllahu (Macedon, NY/Pal-Mac) continued their offensive brilliance with a goal apiece. Niclas Kristensen (Frederikssund, Denmark/Handelsskole) assisted on both goals.
Tim Knight (Greece, NY/Greece Olympia) made six saves in goal for the Tribunes, who improved to 8-1 overall.
