Tribunes cruise past Fisher JV on Homecoming

ROCHESTER - The MCC women's soccer team defeated the St. John Fisher JVs 5-0 on Homecoming Saturday afternoon.

 

The Lady Tribunes moved to 7-1-1 with the win. Monroe is unbeaten in its last seven games.

 

Shauna Eccles (Dublin, Ireland/Larkin) had two goals and one assist to lead the Tribunes.  One of the goals was a penalty kick that gave MCC a 2-0 lead in the 30th minute.

 

Alison Campbell (Marion, NY/Marion), Karly Tolentino (Greece, NY/Greece Odyssey), and Jori Semrau (Greece, NY/Greece Arcadia) also scored for Monroe.

 

Brittani Bove (Marion, NY/Marion) and Dana Fichera (Rochester, NY/Gates Chili) chipped in with assists.

Chloe Crook (London, England/Holy Family) and Hannah Conine (Livonia, NY/Livonia) combined for the shutout in goal.
