Entering his 14th year as head coach of the MCC women’s basketball team, Parrinello has amassed an incredible record with the Lady Tribunes. That mark includes three NJCAA Division II national championships (2001, 2004, 2005), one NJCAA Division I title (2006), and numerous coaching awards and honors.
In 2008, Parrinello guided MCC to yet another appearance at the NJCAA Division I national tournament. The team finished 20-9 on the season. He has dominated the District Coach of the Year Award since he began his tenure at MCC.
A hard worker with a keen eye for talent, Parrinello continues to help put Monroe on the map as one of the most dominant women’s basketball teams in the nation.
