In an effort to gain exposure and play the best competition, Monroe travels all over the United States to play. This travel also allows four-year schools from around the country to see the Lady Tribunes' talent.

Over the past 10 seasons MCC has garnered the attention of many Division I coaches. The Lady Tribunes have sent over 30 players to Division I programs (Syracuse University, University of Pittsburgh, University of Miami, and Temple to name a few). Many others have transferred to competitive Division II and III colleges.
