Year     Results in the NJCAA Golf Nationals

1993     Placed seventh in St. Simons Island, GA

1994     Placed fifth in Greensboro, NC

1995     Placed fourth in Greensboro, NC

1996     Placed second in Pine Needles, NC

1997     Placed fifth in Woodlakes, NC

1998     Placed second in Woodlakes, NC

1999     Placed fifth in Raleigh, NC

2000     Placed second in Chautauqua, NY

2002      Western New York Athletic Conference Champions, Region III Champions. The team advanced in the national tournament held in Jamestown, NY. The Tribunes were the runners-up at nationals. Sophomore Joe Kunz (Webster) finished up as the individual national champion. During the four-day (72 hole) tournament Kunz scored a 293 earning him the lowest score out of 19 other golfers.

2003    Placed fifth at regionals and did not qualify for post season play.

2004    Placed fourth at nationals hosted by Jamestown CC (Chautauqua GC) Scott Harris Jr. was an individual runner-up.

2005    The Tribunes won the Region III Title. Sophomore Scott Harris was the Individual Medalist with a two day total of 147. The following athletes earned All Region honors: Scott Harris, Nick Grasso, Mike Colosi, and Justin Pfalzer. MCC qualified for the NJCAA Division III National Tournament Hosted by Jamestown CC. The Tribunes were the national runners-up after finishing one stroke behind Central Lakes College.

2006    The Tribunes captured the first team national title in the program's history, setting a record for lowest combined score in the national tournament along the way.  Mike Colosi was the medalist at the national tournament.

2007    The Tribunes placed third at regionals.

2008    The Tribunes placed fourth at regionals

2009    MCC won its second NJCAA national championship.  Chris Malec was the individual medalist at the national tournament.

2010    MCC won its second straight NJCAA national title and third overall

2011    MCC won its third straight NJCAA national title and fourth overall
