2005 Season Results   

MCC finished up the 2005 season with an impressive overall record of 16-2. The Tribunes defeated national powerhouses Herkimer County Community College and Nassau Community College in regular season play. The lacrosse program had one of the most successful seasons in the history of the program under 3rd year coach Rocky Delfino. MCC competed in the Region III Tournament hosted by Alfred State College losing in the semi final round to Onondaga Community College 16-6. Matt DiGiambatista and Matt Laird were named to the All Tournament Team. Head Coach Rocky Delfino earned Region III Coach of the Year honors.
