the Coaches
Head Coach: 
Tara Jehlen (11th year; 207-108)
Coach Jehlen is entering her 11th season at MCC and is a two-time regional Coach of the Year. She led the Tribunes to a Region III title and the team's first NJCAA national tournament appearance in 2006. Jehlen played at the University of Pittsburgh on a full scholarship as both a defensive specialist and as a setter. Jehlen has previously coached with the Primo Volleyball Club and more recently with the VolleyFX Club. She also teaches at MCC.
Assistant Coach: Katie Cahill
Cahill is in her second stint with MCC. She assisted head coach Tara Jehlen previously for three years. Cahill graduated from Rush-Henrietta in 1995 and received a full athletic scholarship to Marshall University in West Virginia. She later transferred to the University of Buffalo to play. She has also previously coached club volleyball. Cahill gets along well with the players and is able to constructively criticize and instruct in a manner that is received well.
