To begin the formal process, please complete the Application for Use of Summer Housing Facilities (.pdf format).
Upon receipt of the application, you will be contacted by the Campus Events Office to schedule an initial meeting and discuss further details and special arrangements. Following the meeting, a cover letter, a Summer Housing Contract, and an Expectations and Guidelines for Youth Summer Conference Residents (green form; if applicable) will be sent to all conference organizers. Upon receipt of the Summer Housing Contract, an invoice will be sent to the conference organizer requiring a 25% non-refundable deposit.
No less than 30 days in advance of the date specified on the cover letter, you must return the signed Summer Housing Contract along with the non-refundable deposit.
