Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for housing, at least 25 people (with adult supervision) must commit to a minimum of a three-night stay.
Alcohol and Drug Use
Monroe Community College is an alcohol-free campus, which includes the Residence Halls. Furthermore, conference guests of Monroe Community College Housing shall abide by Monroe Community College’s procedures and regulations and local, state and federal laws regarding alcohol and drug use.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted in the Residence Halls.
- Monroe County prohibits smoking in any public area, nor in campus buildings-only in designated outdoor areas.
Additional Rules and Regulations
- No pets or animals are permitted in any building.
- Removal of furniture or furnishings is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning above and beyond what is considered normal will have an extra charge.
