 What We Do
We design computer
applications to automate manual
procedures. This process involves meeting with
faculty, staff, and
administrative users to
determine their computing
needs. Once an application project is completed,
we perform comprehensive tests
to ensure accuracy, and provide initial training support.
In the
case of purchased third party software applications, we install the software
and its subsequent upgrades, and make necessary modifications to the systems as needed. Examples include
Banner and related third party applications.
