organizations. Yes, there are fees associated with the facility.

are the fees associated with renting the facilities? |
Dependent upon the event, there are fees for rental of the facility,
i.e. theater, athletic fields, conference rooms, etc. There are
also fees for parking and if applicable, personnel of various departments
such as Building Services, Public Safety, supervisors, life guards, and technicians from the Instructional Technology Department.

is the procedure for reserving the College's facilities?

- Contact the Conferences
& Events Office for availability.
- Complete a Conferences
& Events Application.
- The application
is then sent to a Conferences & Events Committee Meeting for approval
and the delegation of assignment.
- If the event is approved, and if appropriate, billing procedures are initiated.

we allowed to bring food in or use outside caterer? |
|
Sodexo is the College’s official catering service. We are required
by contract to use Sodexo for all food services on campus. Our Director
of Sodexo, will work with you, the event planner, to make your event
successful and the most cost efficient. You will work directly with the
catering staff.
