Step By Step Advisement and Registration Guide
FALL 2012 Registration Deadline is August 27th!
STEP 1 - Run Your Degree Audit Report (CAPP Compliance) to determine the courses you should take next term. Print it out and bring it with you to advisement.
STEP 2 - Seek Advisement
We encourage all students to seek advisement prior to registration.
Students with a GPA below 2.0 OR students in the programs listed below must see an advisor to get an Advisement "key" (alternate pin) to unlock online registration access. The programs are:
Computer Science; Computer Systems Technology; Dental Assisting; Dental Hygiene; Engineering Science; Health Studies- HS01 only; Information Technology; Liberal Arts and Sciences- General Studies -Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture; Liberal Arts and Sciences - Science - Biology, Pre-Forestry, Pre-Pharmacy; Massage Therapy; Nursing; Office Technology- all programs; Physical Education/Studies; Radiologic Technology; Transitional Studies.

STEP 3 - Register for Classes
If you ATTENDED in the spring of 2012, you can register online through the Student Records icon, on the MCC Current Students webpage.
-For all currently enrolled, matriculated students with 12+ graded credits, Priority Registration opens March 12 at 8:00 AM
-For all other currently enrolled and non-matriculated students, Priority Registration opens March 21 at 8:00 AM

STEP 4 - Pay Your Bill
You will receive a bill in June and your tuition bill will be due on July 15, 2012. A payment plan will be offered at that time. We have included the following information for future reference.
You can pay your bill online, by mail or in person. Please see the following information for further details:
-Online - Go to www.monroecc.edu, click on Current Students - Student Records. At the Main Menu, Click on Student, then Student Account. Automatic Payment Plan Payment Options are as follows: - Automatic bank payment (ACH) - Credit/Debit Card
-In Person - Brighton Campus - Building 6, Room 201; Damon Campus - Student Services Center
-By Mail - MCC Student Accounts, 1000 E. Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623
