Patricia Ornt, Senior Advisor Patricia Ornt joined the MCC community in 1996. She assists with recruitment, training, and supervision for the Peer Advisor Program on campus. She also helps to develop support services for the evening, returning adult, pert-time, and off-campus student populations. The Counseling Center workshops also fall within her domain. Patricia’s multicultural interests shine brightly. She has been involved for many years with Camp Chin-Gu, a Korean Culture Camp for adopted children. Being very fond of children, she and her husband Ray found their first two children grown all too soon. So 13 years later, they adopted two children from Korea. Patricia earned an A.S. in Liberal Arts-General Studies from Monroe Community College, a B.S. in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Counseling at SUNY Brockport.
