If a student wants to see their placement test scores they need to simply log into Banner self serve and then click on the “Student Information” menu. Once in the student information area the student would follow the link entitled “View Test Scores”.

To submit a request to have your placement test scores sent to another college or institution, please fill out the request form on this page. Be sure to include your Full Name, Birthdate, Student ID number (M# or SS#), and also include the date and the year that you took the placement test. Your scores will be faxed and/or mailed to the address on the request form within 7 business days.
