Spring 2018:

Kindness Campaign: Counseling and Services for Students with Disabilities will be holding monthly kindness events! Our next event will be Wednesday, May 9th, located at the Cafeteria Terrace from 11:30am-1:00pm. We will be promoting Mental Health Awareness month. The event will include glitter bottles and stress ball for stress management and we will be offering free mental health screenings. 

Connections: Come to our weekly group open to all students interested in making social "connections" here at MCC. Connections meets every Wednesday in 1-108, PRISM from 3:00-4:00pm Students are welcome to come to any meeting, no RSVP required. 

Thrive: A weekly group to support men of color in their personal, academic, and career goals here at MCC. Thrive will meet every Tuesday beginning February 13th in 3-103, from 3:00-4:00pm. Students are welcome to come to any meeting, no RSVP required. 

Seeds of Success: Seeds of Success is a 90 minute workshop designed to help improve motivation, time managment, study skills, and preparing for an exam. Seeds of Succes will be offered on the following days this semester: March 6th, 5:00-6:30pm, Building 8-100, March 13th, 12:30-2:00pm, Building 3-115, and March 27th, 5:00-6:30, Building 8-100

Volunteer Opportunity: Are you interested in Wellness and Emotional Health? Are you looking for ways to volunteer and be involved on campus? Volunteer to participate in a tabling event and share your knowledge with MCC! Tabling events are being offered on February 8th, February 14th, February 27th, March 6th, March 14th and March 22nd from10am-12pm. You can sign up to help at a table at the front desk in 3-103.
